This workshop series is for any self identifying girl that wants to take action, create great things in her life, and make her spectacular mark on the world in her own unique and special way!

This Month’s Hangout Topics: Building the capacity for empathy and connection and learning healthy communication.

This Week’s Activity: The Not So! Mean Girls Event.

The Girls Rising Workshop Series, sponsored by Columbia Basin Trust and BASIN Plays provides a safe space to come together, share stores, discuss important topics, get advice, make friends and do fun activities. The workshop curriculum is designed to be a creative catalyst for girls to examine and express their ideas, purpose and worth.

The sessions include interactive and engaging activities and discussions designed to nourish and develop healthy confidence and self awareness. In each session, girls will have fun discovering new ideas, learning new skills and being part of sharing circle discussions. Participants will have a chance to embrace their authenticity, develop courage and confidence and learn to support themselves and each other. At the end of this workshop we will take on the COTR Rock Climbing Wall with our courage, confidence and support of the group!

Each session includes nutritious food and each participant will receive their own journal and cool session swag!

Cost: FREE!

Who: Self Identifying Girls. Ages 13+.
